  45.  │  Evidently,the gaming companies are starting to get a little clever with  │
  46.  │  their protection  schemes. This particular game has a check for a bogus  │
  47.  │  audio and data track  at the end of the cd which can't be replicated by  │
  48.  │  normal means and certainly  not by  consumer  CD-R's.  So for this ISO,  │
  49.  │  we have included a patcher .exe which removes the two checks and allows  │
  50.  │  you to play the full game. (If the  program detects a  non-original cd,  │
  51.  │  during the bike selection,a circle with a red pirate bounces around the  │
  52.  │  screen, flashing it red when  it hits  the sides and only allows you to  │
  53.  │  play the first track...try it out, it's pretty amusing  :P)              │
